SUMMER RESOURCE FAIR EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES
- Exhibitors must register in advance by February 8, 2008.
- There is no charge to be an Exhibitor at the Summer Resource Fair.
- Expected attendance is 4,000 families.
- All Exhibitors will be listed in the Event Guide distributed at the event.
- Exhibitors must arrive between 8:30 am and 9:30 am on March 8.
- Exhibitor tables must be staffed throughout the event - from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- All materials must be removed from the Exhibition Center after the event.
- Exhibitors will register to display in either the general summer resource area or the youth jobs area.
- All Exhibitor locations are determined by the Event Staff and may not be moved.
- All Exhibitors receive one 8-foot table and 2 chairs for their 10-foot display area.
- Table clothes will not be supplied by the event (you may bring your own).
- Do not nail, screw, staple, pin, glue, tack, tape or otherwise attach anything to the Exhibition Center walls, steel frame, carpeting, sprinkler pipes, or lighting track.
- Easels and signs are not permitted in the aisles.
- Materials must not block aisles or exits.
- No helium balloons.
- No confetti.
- No cooking or open flame.
- No food distribution.
- No generators or other motors.
- No umbrellas or canopies.
- Electricity is available. Bring an outdoor-quality extension cord.
- Computers up to 500 watts max may be used in the Exhibition Center.
- There is no Internet access available in the Exhibition Center.
