DCYF will host a series of Results Based Accountability (RBA) workshops at the end of May. RBA is a disciplined and data-driven way of thinking and taking action that communities can use to improve the lives of children, youth, families, adults, and the community as a whole.
Performance Accountability Workshop. Performance Accountability involves using data to determine how much service our programs are providing, how well those services are being provided, and whether our clients are better off as a result. The RBA framework helps us understand how to measure the results we are achieving and gives us a disciplined way to use this data to drive the quality improvement of our programs. Three sessions of this workshop will be offered, and every session will be the same (no need to attend more than one):
Session #1: Tuesday, May 30, 1:30pm to 3:30pm. Click Here to Register.
Session #2: Wednesday, May 31, 9am to 11am. Click Here to Register.
Session #3: Wednesday, May 31, 12pm to 2pm. Click Here to Register.
