DCYF is proud to present the final
Children's Services Allocation Plan (pdf) and
Executive Summary (pdf).
The CSAP represents the second phase of DCYF's three year planning cycle. The cycle starts with a comprehensive Community Needs Assessment (pdf) which was completed in May 2011. DCYF utilizes the results from the CNA in order to develop the CSAP, which will guide DCYF's strategy over the next three years. The final step of the process is a Request for Proposals based on the CSAP, which will take place later in 2012. The CSAP was approved by the Board of Supervisors and DCYF's Citizens Advisory Committee, and received endorsements from the Department of Health, the Juvenile Probation Department, Rec & Park, the Human Services Agency, and the Youth Commission.
